My Story

Head shot of Ronnie Siegel

I loved going to the children’s section of the library as a young child and picking out books with beautiful covers and pictures. As I listened (or in later years read the words) and looked at the pictures, make-believe worlds came alive. That was all I needed to inspire me to start creating my own narrative through a mixed media of drawing, fabric and paper collages.

In college I pursued my passion for words and stories by studying English Literature. Subsequently, I supplemented my love of language with studying Communication Design in art school where I learned to collage words and images to create marketing materials that communicate a brand’s story.

So, imagine the reaction of my close friends and family the day I announced that I was going to business school to get an MBA! My decision came when, though an artist at heart, I wanted to learn marketing strategy, the backbone of the graphic creative expression, and eventually own the marketing process- strategy to solution. Consequently, I collaged my passions for determining the game plan with designing the communications for it.

Today at Collage Creative my fluency in both business and design enable me to tie my creative skills with my business acumen to create a complete marketing tool kit for my clients. My business education and subsequent corporate work as a client help me walk in your shoes, understand your business goals and translate them into design objectives. I fuse the goals with marketing strategy to produce integrated business and design solutions with a consistent and professional presence. As a result, my approach of leveraging design as a business tool maximizes the impact of every touchpoint and every marketing dollar - helping you to use engaging design to elevate your business to a higher level and giving you a marketing edge.

Whether you are in need of a new logo, annual report or anything in-between, Collage Creative fuses business with design for successful solutions.

Ronnie and I collaborated on the creation of J-Teen Leadership marketing materials including newsletters, flyers and a training manual. We also worked closely on re-engineering the J-Teen Leadership website. Ronnie’s combined background in marketing and graphic design gives her the unique ability to both conceptualize and develop content for marketing collateral and design the final product. Ronnie’s design know-how enabled her to blend UJA brand guidelines with J-Teen’s look and feel, resulting in polished and professional materials. Ronnie was always reliable, responsive, efficient and adhered to deadlines. She has a strong work ethic and is always professional in her interactions with colleagues. It was always a pleasure to work with her.
